I bought this lovely organizer from IKEA today. It’s perfect for my makeup with slots for almost everything.
Notice how the compartments that hold the pencils move up and down? Love it!
Price: KD 9.000
The lamp has an open bottom. You can place anything underneath it to give it a completely different look. There are many possibilities that I can think of.
The lamp is priced at KD19.

I woke up one day and found that our maid had stacked our laptops on the magazine racks of our IKEA desk in the study room! I loved the idea and I must say that it was very creative of her.
I fell in love with this IKEA hack instantly!
First things first. For those of you who never heard of IKEA HACKER, it’s a blog dedicated to the unconventional uses of Ikea furniture. People get really creative with their ideas and I usually visit the site for “outside the box” home solutions.
This beautiful hack uses a Ludvig Laptop shelf/charging station (KD14)
and a Ludvig Router/modem wall cabinet (KD12)
The result is a neat and sleek iMac computer workstation that is perfect for small spaces without it compromising their look. For more pictures and details on the hack, check out the post.
Now I already called up Ikea in Kuwait to check the availability of the items and they are both available for the prices mentioned above.
Side note: Even if you are not interested in the hack, those two items rock for their own use!
Wall decals are basically vinyl stickers made to decorate walls. They are a great way to bring life to any room and they add a very unique effect to your house with a friendly budget. Wall decals are more affordable than wall paper, they can be easily removed without any damages to the surface, and they are also very durable and last a long time.
in addition to their popular use in baby rooms, living rooms, bed rooms, stairways, halls, etc., wall decals are also known to be used in the decoration of restaurants, salons, coffee shops, and even offices. They allow the creation of ever changing scenes for the customers.
I bought the chandelier pictured above and had it decorating the wall on top of the buffet cabinet in my dining area. A friend of mind got the tree pictured above and now it’s decorating her living room area. The look is spectacular.
Now for the even lovelier part! Since wall decals are vinyl stickers, They can be used on virtually any surface! Decals would look great on walls, glass, floors, doors, furniture, you name it!
My friend and I got ours from dalidecals.com. You will find tons of beautiful and unique designs that would fit almost every room and space in your house. The designs can be customized to be larger or smaller in size, and the colour of your choice is available for almost every design.
I’m not talking about a french castle overlooking the lake! I mean who does not want that!
I would like to know when you think about your dream house in Kuwait, how do you picture it? Is there anything in specific that you would like it to have?
For me, I would like to have a private swimming pool on the roof, and would love to have a private home cinema/theatre with 8 recliners, a huge screen, and sound proof walls. I will dream about this until I have it!
